Experience

La Clandestine Blanche aged in new French oak barrels for 6 years

Based on the La Clandestine Blanche recipe and aged in new oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years. 1935 blends the flavours of a classic absinthe with those of a good cognac. Produced in extremely limited quantities, the few experts and absintheurs who have tasted it have heaped the rare style with praise.

How to enjoy it?

Drink it neat, following a great meal, as you would an aged cognac or a good whisky.  1 cl is enough to give all the aromatic power of absinthe and oak barrels. As with whisky, you can also enjoy La Clandestine 1935 with a few drops of water to make the alcohol react. A small amount will provide aromatic intensity, with a sensation in the mouth which lasts for several minutes.  We recommend the ultimate Sazerac made with Rémy Martin Louis X111 and 1935.  A once in a lifetime experience!
