How to enjoy it?
For the perfect serve, slowly add 3 to 4 parts iced water and watch as it turns milky white, and the aromas take on added complexity. La Clandestine Blanche’s subtle flavours (in comparison to other absinthes) make it a natural fit for classic cocktails such as Absinthe Frappé and Death in the Afternoon as well as contemporary mixes such as The Clandestino (Absinthe Caipirinha) and La Clandestine Eggnog.
